Terms
You have to place order by e-mail. Payment should be sent to our bank “Allied bank of Pakistan”. Please ask for the details at the time of order placement.

Shipping
All shipments are usually sent C&F or FOB.  The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise for damage, notifying the shipper of any damages or shortages, and for filing damage claims with the carrier. 

Cancellations or Changes
Cancellation of custom orders will result in the loss of 30% deposit.  Cancellations and changes may be submitted prior to the order of materials.  Any cancellations or changes after this time will be subject to a proportionate charge.  Order changes may affect product availability and delivery. 

Limited Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for limited time frame and depends on some factors. Exclusions from this include damage caused by shipping, weather related damage, acts of God, misusage or incorrect handling.

Guarantee
KUB industries guarantees 100% satisfaction.  If for any reason the product is unacceptable, then you have to show the reason before sending back because the products are sent exactly as on the web.

Returns
Products cannot be returned to KUB Company without advanced approval. Returns must be in unused, new condition and received within 30 days of original ship date. We’ll not accept any returned shipment without our approval, and if the product is functioning fine and was shipped exactly as per order placed.
